Invest Ed® STARS Students Achieve National Recognition
 

Spring 2010 several Invest Ed® STARS teachers participated in the National Financial Capability Challenge co-sponsored by the US Dept. of Treasury and the Dept. of Education. 76,892 students participated from 1,535 schools. National average score was 70%. Click http://www.challenge.treas.gov/ and View Participation Statistics; state statistics are also available. Only 3 perfect scores were achieved in Oklahoma, and our teacher had all 3! Congratulations to these Invest Ed® STARS teachers and students for their national recognition!

Invest Ed® STARS Students Achieve National Recognition
 

The US Department of Treasury http://flc.treas.gov sponsors the National Financial Literacy Challenge, a new program recommended by the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Literacy.  In its initial semester spring 2008, 46,000 students in 2,000 high schools participated. STARS teachers were provided the option to register students for the fall 2008 Challenge.  Students who score in the top 25th percentile receive Certificates.  CONGRATULATIONS to these three business teachers for their students’ National accomplishments!
